submits, for information and orders, the result . of their Examination of the accounts of the Mooltan suge train under charge of Lt. christic to gether with of Lt. christic to gether with the arty park armyu of the punjanbm and peshawur field force under Captain Hagge, state that the 3 accounts are taekn in conection from the circumstances of the mooltan park having joined the army of the punjanb and the peshawur park having been detached from it before the close of the war and that their Report on the whole is there fore contained in one despatch omprising state ment A,B.and C which shew the discripanies, and deficicees , discovered in these account and under all the circumstances explanid and with refrence to the accompanying copies of letter from Lt. christic and major Hogge recommends that these officer be relived from further responsibility .
