Reports that the Majority of the Board have passed 2 Bills amounting to Cost Rupees 646 and 255 respectively less Rupees 300and Rupees 12 than the amount of Estimates sancioned for execenting the annual repairs of 1849/49 to the Mily and commissiariat Buildings, Nagode a and with refrence to the opinion of their Colleagne Lt. Coll mactier refusing to pass these Bills upon which the Committee of survey declare they insolves uanble to report so logn as time having elapased since there excention and observing that Lt. money appear to be ill qualified for Holding an Executive charge in the Department . state that the majority in passing them have remarkedm in suitable terms upon the delay in the assembly of the committee as per annexed copy of letter addressed to the Supg Engineer Central Provinces of and officer Observations.
