In reply to a despatch of the 22nd Ultimo states that the C.in Chiefs entirely concurrrence in the Mily Boards, recommendation for the issue of swords, and belts, to magazine and provost serjeants, it appearing highly desirable that these men should, for the reasons assigned, be armed in the manner indicated O.P returned.
