Submits, for information Copy letter from the supg Engineer punjanb Circle, relative to an application from major kneyvett officiating Executive officer, mooltan, for 4 months, leave of obsenc3e prepartory, to applying for furlo to European and suggesting that when the mooltan Division is advocated by Major knyvett it may be reduced to a 2nd class Divisision and the charge, given to medley of Engineer now officiating assistant, Garrison , Engineer a lahore, in charge of the Buildings, at amarkullcee, the senior, assistant, executive engineer in the punjanb circle, state that major knynetts application for leave has been recommended to the commander in chief and that they are of Opinion if the fort of mooltan is to be dismoulled and abandended , the charge, of the station and Caalonement , may be made a 2nd class Division .
