A.677 of 28enatment shoud be passed regarding the registration of Deedsof sale of houses, within regimental bazars, the papers, were forwarded to the Home Department Cutt no 520 18thuly 1850. legislative and it was subseqently reqeusted that department that the judge advocate General of the 3 Presidencies, be called upon to furnish draft, of rules for regestering the sale of houses within Mily contonment such as in his opinion should be emboded in a legislative enactment these drafts, have been recived from madras and Bombay.
