In reply to letter dated 28th august 182 no. 97 Govt. seem it their duty to place the court in early possession of a letter from the chief relative to a delay in collecting the fees on commissarion isssued by him to officers of the company army and of the reply given by Govt. to that communicatio also letter 25th sept. 1832.
