Coll thompson, c.B Depy Commissary General on the subject of the Petition Complaint offers, remarks, ont he answers to the question put to the Lt. Conlonel regarding Zurburdust khan, security Deposit recommends, that Zurburdust, khan security 65,000 Rupees of which should never have been taken from him be forth with surrendered to him and if the Gomashta has sustained tloss of Interest on the security of 5,000 Rupees in the agra Bank, by such sum having been assigned over to the Custody, of the Lt.Coll. suggests, that it be expected of him to make the amount Good to zuburdust, khan and offer observations.
