States that, under the operation of Articles 4 & 5, section 10- code of 1849 Lieutt. Generals Kennedy, Hamilton and Vincent, who have been promoted to that rank, by the Brevet, published in the London Gazette of the 11th November 1851, will be deprived of the allowances now drawn by them, as in divisional Command, from the dates of their receipt of the G.O. Announcing their promotions, respectively and will thenceforward, receive the Pay and full Batta of their Regiment Rank.
