In contn of their letter of the 31 August last regarding the amount which Petty Repairs may be padmitted in month current Expense Bill , submits statements A.`showing in a jabular from the simms which , during the period of an entire years have been brought forward in 10 of the principal station in the different super intendencies under the head of the Petty Repair and also an additional statement B. of the same nature for the station of Dinapore during the last years of their Colleague Lt. Colonel sages incumbency there as Engineer officer offer observation the majority of the Board are of opinion that , by extract attention to the Rules herein laid down by them a considerable reduction the expenditure under the head of Petty Repair will great once a effected with out affecting the stablibity and the good Consideration of the Buildings and without Compromising the Comfort of the occupant of Barracks or other Public Quarter.
