Iam desired to forward the accompanying copies of my letter noted in the magazine, and to requests that the necessary arrangements, in the serveral Department of your Board may be at once made for the substitution of a wing of Her majestry 80 for the wing of the 18th Royal Irish now in Garrison at fort William and for the immediate embarkation of the letter for Burma adn also for the eventual relief of Her mejestry 18 Royal Irish at moulmein by a wing Her Mejestry 80 as well for the other points, noted in the no 6 dated 7th march 1852.
