Enclosure to a letter from mily board C.D no 2904 of 14th Feby.With refrence to aletter of the 21st Ultimo, submits, for consideration copies of three Comm'ns from the Depy commissary General reporting the Commissariat arrangements made for the European Troops, lately, embarked for moulmein, and in accordings with govt. letter of 21st oct.r1824. add that, under the emergency of the case represented by Lt. Coll thompson, C.B the Board have sanctioned an increase of 50 per cent on their ordinary pay being given to the Commissariat victualling and Hospital Establishment which which may be engaged for this services.
