In reply to letter no. 5776 of the 24th sept. 1852 directd to inform that the necessary instruction have been issued fo0r granting in favor fo the Excutive Engineer tenassrin division and placing at the disposal of the suptg. Engineer south eastern provinces advance to th4 extent and for the purpose their recommedn payable by the commissary Tenasserin provinces.
