With refrence to a letter of the 5th November last, noticing for recovery a Sum equivalent to L 40, advanced to Lieutt Welash Her majestry 80 foots from the Commisst Chest N, W.Wales , the usual Passage money from that Colony to India , reports that the Pay mr. I has infromed him that the above Sum has been realized to Credit of Her majestry Govt. N.W Wales.
