A F Taylor of arty. applying for the full staff salalry of the nusserabad Divn. while offg. exc. offr. thereof state that this officer was in offg. charge from 17th Feby. to 5thApril last and observe that it they considered themselves at Liberty to give retrospective effect to the orders of govt. conveyed in a lr. of the 11th july last they would at once have admitted lieutt. Taylor claim to the full staff salary as it would envolve no double charge on the state.
