With refrence to letter no. 2011 of the 24th of august 1852 directed to transmits for the information of the madras Gov. the accompanying copy of Genel. orde no. 550 issued by the most noble the Gover. Genel. of INdia in council under the date and to reuest that it may be publicshed in the official Gazatte of presidency .
