In reply to mily. dept. desptch no. 433 of the 24th inst. relative to the gratn of bounty clothing inclusive of a great to tranftis form the horses to the foot ary. statye that they consider it unnecessary to inclde teh great coat in the porposed draft genl. order for by G.A.G.G. 19th Jan. 1842 the tranfer is entilted toa great coat on joining that foot arty.
