Submits, for Consideration and order Copies of Documents regarding a despatch of Harness and saddlery a great portion of which got damaged by wet in transit from the Cawnpore to the Delhi Magazine the majority of the Board are of opinion that the deterisration veris caused by circumstances over which the Commaing or ordnace at Delhi or Cawnpore had no contrd atho, firbably enereased by the articles not having been opened immdiately on recipt and that the delay is jopning the Packages does not appear to have been caused by of the carelessness or neglect on the port of the officer in charge of the mazazine and would not therefore recommend that the tshould be made to pay the value of the stores and submit the opnion of their Colbagne, Lt. Coll Mactierther on.
