Reports that the Supdt. of martice, not with standing the order, Communicated in Mily Department letter of the 14th September /52. and 8th Jany. last, regarding the statement of Mily stores for Rangoon, continues to interfere with the duty entrusted to him the Dy Quater master General by making his own arrangements direct with other Departments for the shipment of the stores they require to send offers observationsand solicits distind orders to the supdt of marine to refrain from interfering with the special allotment of stores but to make over to his the Quater master General disposal such amount of Tomage as he may be able to share, when a steamer is under despatch leaving to him arrage for the shepment of such stores asore most originally required.
