Ledgus are in arreas & the stock & that thsel defiels are gradually being removed. The majority trust that the prescribed System of account in English will be Established by the present. Exe: officer Lieutt. Robertson & brought up punctually. Offer observations with advertence to the accumulation of Audit statements in the Meerut Division to which replies have not been given by the Exe: Officer.
