Submits for consideration and orders copy despatch from the Joind Dy Commisy General relative to a loss of the 240 of green tea in a consignment of the 3040 from the Meerut Depot to the Wazeerabad Contonment and submiting the report of a Committee together with a valuation statement and account sale of the same state how the loss occurred and observe that the black tea which had been furnished at Meerut was packed in wooden chjess lined with bad and that they were to much injured by the transmit as to be unfit for further and were condemned in consequence .
