Submits, for consideration and orders copies of 2 despatch from the joint Deputy Commanding General urging the necessity of posting a victualling serjeants at meean meer, and state the granted for this application the majority of the Board solicit sanction to the temporary appoinments of victualling serjeants for the Contoments duties at meean meer, pending the arrival of any Regiments of Infantry at the station when the duties connected with the victualling the artillery can be performed by the non commissioned officer attached to the Corps and with advertence tot he remarkes and sugestion of their Colleagne Lt,. Colonel mactier refer to the recent sanction accorded by government to the employment of a victualling serjeant with every European Regiments.
