Submits copies of documents explanatory of the cause of delay informing his regt which he solicit may be laid defore gaut the audt dept having reytrmrjrf his pay and allowence there of causing him serious inconvenience and distress states that the regiments were forwarded to the pay master iueens troops for submission to the mily audt genl on the 23rd april last but that neither of thos officers have noticed them arfavoured him .
