Transmits the commission letely granted to Golam Rasool Khan as Jemadar in the regt. under his command and states that owing to that native officer bding now absent on genl. leave he is not able at present to forward his commission as jemadar in teh late 2nd light cavy but will send it on his rejoining the corps on the 25th October next.
