With a despatch from the Mily.Board reporting the possible inabulity of the contractor to supply on the 1st Oct.next the whole of the hedding & quilts that will be required about 9000 sets for the troops in the Peshawar Kussowliee and Umballah Divisions and for the G.G.Camp.Arrangements have therefore been made for the supply of half the quanitity on the 1st Oct.and the remainder before the 1st Nov.The Mily.board recommend the issue of an order announcing this delay for the informatin of commanding officers.
