Decision that the cost of the 4th battalion, Assam Rifles, now stationed in Manipur, may be continued to be debited to the head `` 25-Political Charges on the North-East Frontier`` as an Imperial charge until the new financial settlement is made and orders are passed on the proposal for a 5th battalion for the western portion of the North-East Frontier.
