Formation of a co-operative industrial undertaking by certain States of Bundelkhand and Baghelkhand, styled ``the Eastern States of Central India Export Trust Company, Limited`` ( ``Esociet``) in order to develope the lac and hide inductires and to promote a trade in timber and other forest products in those States. Approval of the terms of the memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company; and of the agreements between the Company and Mr. W.A. Fraymouth and the States concerned, respectively.
