Relaxation of the provisions of Article 753 (IV), Clause (2), of the Civil Service Regulations, in favour of Maulvi Syed Ali Mozhar, a Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector Bengal, so as to permit of his pay, as Secretary to the Patna Municipality being raised from Rs.300 to Rs.350 a month with effect from the 27th August 1903.
