Desire of the Mysore Darbar to discontinue the existing practice of consulting the Resident before undertaking legislation, which does not affect pre-rendition laws. Decision that the Mysore Darbar, instead of consulting the Resident in Mysore before the introduction of any Bill which, in the opinion of the Darbar, does not come within the preview of Article 18 of the Mysore Treaty of 1913, should in future forward a copy of the Bill to the Resident after it has been passed by the Council and before the assent of His Highness the Maharaja is given under Section 13 of the Mysore Legislative Council Regulation of 1907.
