Local Govt. and Administrations request to ask Secy. of the provincial Indian Students Advisory committees to supply direct to Dr. T.W. Arnold, C.I.E. Edu. Adniser for Indian Students in England lists of their present members and to notify to Hemet least once a year any changes, or additions which may be made in such lists.
