Employment of Mr. F.W. Johnston, C.S.I. , C.I.E., a Resident of the 2nd Class on special duty under the orders of the Govt. of India in the foreign and Political Dept. , with effect from the 16th September 1920 and grant to him of a deputation allowance of Rs.300/- p.m. and extension of joining time.
