Grant of combined leave for 10 month and 17 days to Major H.H.F.M. Tyler, C.I.E., I.A.R.O., with effect from the 18th Sep.1920 and his reversion from the Mesopotamia Civil Administration to the Madras Government. Decision that there is no-objection to any leave under the Civil Service Regulations in Continuation of contract leave being followed by the voyage leave granted by the Mesopotamian Civil Administration for the return journey to India and to the Mesopotamian Asministration bearing the allowance for such voyage leave. officers to be treated as reverting to british service on the day on which leave under the Civil service Regulations begins.
