Regarding to the honor to transmit the information, copy of a letter from the Superintendent of Port Blair, dated the 29th December last, reporting an attack made on a party from the Sesostris by the Natives of the Andamans, and the measures adopted by him with a view to prevent, if possible such collisions in future.
