Question in the Legislative Assembly by Mr. Asaf Ali regarding the improvement of Delhi Court Buildings and the establishment in Delhi of a Circuit Court of the Lahore High Court or another Court of highest appellate jurisdiction or, alternatively, constitution of an appellate court in Delhi with powers to the Judges of the Federal Court to h ear appeals from Delhi, Ajmer-Merwara and any other centrally administered areas.
