Birch for 4 Months - Mr. E.H.Anson for 6 Months - R.I. Loughnan for 6 Months - Mr.W.I. Carnae for 3 Months. Para Grantiang to Mr. J.C lach of the bengal Civil Establishment an extinsion of leave for 3 Member on Medical Certificate and that he is informed he cannot return his apoint during this extension but that he will be granted from three Months a furlough allowance at the rate of Pound 500 perannum in conformity with the regulations.
