Supply to the Civil Foot Police, N.W.F.P., of 1,000 Martini-Henry Rifles from the reserve for issue to villagers for the protection of border villages. Supply of additional 109 rifled carbines, with appurtenances and ammunition on the prescribed scale, for the use of the Mounted Police in the Province.
