Supply to the 50 Manipur State Police attached to Military Police battalions in Assam of 50 Martini-Henry (Mark IV) rifles with appurtenances, ammunition, etc., in accordance with the scale laid down in the Equipment Tables of the Assam Military Police, 1911. Utilisation of the rifles, if required, for the Assam Military Police when raised to the increased strength Sanctioned under the reorganization scheme.
