Proposals for the delegation to the Board of Revenue and the District Judges in Eastern Bengal and Assam of the power to dispose of escheates falling under section, 7, of Bengal Regulation, 19 of 1810, and section, 7, of Bengal Regulation, 5 of 1799, respectively, accepted and delegation of similar powers in Bengal and the United Provinces, proposed.
