Petition for mercy from the condemned prisoner Nazir Ahmad son of Amir Din under sentence of death in the Lahore Central Jail, Rejected. The above prisoner has appealed in forma pauperize to the privy council and judicial committee has delivered Judgement that the confection was not in fact recorded in accordance with the procedure laid down in the code of criminal procedure was not admissible in the guidence the appeal has free allowed and the prisoner acquitted.
