Petition for mercy from condemned prisoners Dera, Gopi & Gokula, confined in the Jhansi & Lucknow Jails. Sentence of death remitted in all the three Cases, but sentences of imprisonment for 10 years imposed upon them by the Sessions Judge, under Sec. 326, I.P.C. will stand.
