Forwards a memorial from Dr. Clarke, Recoder of Rangoon, praying that under the special circumstances stated in his memorial he may be allowed to retire on completing five years service on the minimum pension of Log 300 a year service on the Recorders of Rangoon. Requests that Government will favorably consider Dr. Clarke`s petition, and grant him the boon he prays for.
