Proposal to protect any assignments of land-revenue, which descend to a single heir, by an addition to the Pensions Act, 1871, on the lines of clause 3, section 8 of the Punjab Laws Act, 1872 (IV of 1872), as amended by the Punjab Descent of Jagirs Act, 1900.
