Proposed rule to be issued by the High Court, Calcutta, under which the Sessions Judge or Magistrate shall be required in cases in which an enhanced sentence is passed on conviction of a charge within the terms of Section 75, Indian Penal Code, to state in his judgement the date of each previous conviction and the sentence passed, as well as the particular offence charged.
