With reference to this Office No.3523, dated 6th April 1867, and papers noted, confirms the decision of the Government of Bombay by which the Superintendent of the Pensioners` Colony at Challisgaum has been allowed to continue on his former or ordinary emoluments; officers to be paid as Railway Magistrates, and their number; and states that, pending certain explanation, two Deputy Magistrate will be added to the number included in the separate proposition submitted with Bombay Government letter dated 16th February 1867.
