The suggestion of the standing Fianace Committee that for purposes of presentation to them, of demands of grants of expenditure arrangements should be made for initing the responsibility for the general administation of all the centrally administered areas so that one member in charge of a Department of the Government of India should be definitely responsible for the cordination of policy throughout.
