Proposed retention till the end of the war of Lt. Colonel C. Mactaggart, C. I. E., I. M. S., Inspector General of Prisons, United Provinces, from 4th January, 1915, the date from which he desired to retire and proposal to assure him that the grant to him of the extra pension of, 100, pound, per annum already sanctioned will not be imperiled in the event of his further retention.
