Recommendation of the General purpose sub committee of the retrenchment advisory committee regarding (1) abolition of assostant secyships and supdt. ships in the secretatists(2) replacement of Asstt. secretaries by registrars (3) regrouping of certain branhes of the F & P Deptt. (4) amalgamation of external and near east branches special constitutional and poli. branches special constitutional with the reforms branch and of the latter with the internal branch and (5) abolition of honours branch and decisions arrived at threeon and replies given thereto.
