Decision that the Urdu translation of Major General Baden Powell`s ``Aids to Scouting`` should be adopted in place of the ``Bagh-o-Bahar``as the text-book for the lower standard examination in Urdu of officers of the Public Works Departmental, State Railways, Telegraph and other Civil Departments.
