Allegation by Dr. Sir Zia-ud-din Ahmad, M.L.A., that posts are being declared technical in order to reduce the minority communities `share of vacancies reserved under the Home Department Resolution No.F. 14/17-B/33, dated the 4th July 1934, relating to communal representation in services and suggestion that minimum qualifications should be prescribed technical posts.
