Abolition of the Indian Educational Service post of Superintendent of Education, Delhi and Ajmer-Merwara and creation of a special post of Superintendent of Education for Delhi, Ajmer-Merwara and Central India. Proposed relinquishment by the Educational Commissioner with the Government of India of collateral charge of the post.
