Memorial from Malek Alladkthanji Sedtaknji and other of Dasda appealing against the oreder of the Govt. of Bombay in the matter of resumption of two shar in the Desad Talka. 2. Decision that the lands in the two anna shre of the lands in Dasda village awarded to the appealeants from the laped girs of Rupalo and Kamlubhai should revert to the appeallants or their heris on the dath of the last of the ladie who were parties to the arbitratiors award dated the 10th the sept. 1890, that the appealants are entilted to have these lands demarcated within their share in the partition of the Dasada Taluka Which is now in progress. and further that each party should bear its own cost throughts.
